    Meeting format: We do a reading from the Strengthening My Recovery book followed by 10 minutes of journaling time to connect with our inner wounded children. We strongly believe that ALL BODIES are worthy of deep love and respect. This meeting is inclusive and the door is wide open to transgender and non binary individuals.
