New meeting that starts on 25th May 2026.
Welcome to a safe, anonymous space dedicated to healing from the effects of growing up in an alcoholic or dysfunctional family. This meeting explores the diverse landscape of Adult Children of Alcoholics (ACA) literature rather than limiting our focus to a single book. Each week, we select a reading from any conference-approved text—including the Big Red Book, the Twelve Steps Workbook, The Laundry List Workbook, or The Loving Parent Guidebook. Together, we examine these recovery tools to gain deep insights into our survival traits, inner child work, and the journey toward emotional sobriety. Whether you are a newcomer holding your first piece of literature or a long-timer revisiting core concepts, your perspective is vital to our collective healing.
MEETING FOCUS- Integrating wisdom from across all World Service Organization (WSO) approved ACA texts to illuminate the path from isolation to self-love.
