This is a weekly ACA group for Adult Children of Alcoholics and dysfunctional families. The focus of the meeting is to create a safe, supportive space where members can practise “Talk, Trust and Feel.” The meeting supports healing the inner child, developing the Loving Parent within, and exploring recovery through connection, honesty, and self‑reflection.
Literature Used:
• The Loving Parent Guidebook
• The ACA Big Red Book
• The Landry List Workbook
• ACAD Daily Affirmations
• A New Hope
• Connections
• The Twelve Steps of Adult ChildrenWhat to Expect:
Members are invited to share at their own pace. The group emphasises emotional safety, mutual respect, and healthy boundaries. We use structured readings alongside open sharing to support reparenting, connection, self‑awareness, and recovery from the effects of family dysfunction. -

St Martin's Church

The venue is centrally located in Epsom and easy to reach. It is approximately a five‑minute walk from Epsom Station, with frequent trains and plenty of local bus routes serving the area, so public transport links are very good.
Parking at the church itself is limited, but there is a free public car park off Church Street at the front of the church with around 15 spaces. In addition, accessible parking is available on Grove Road at the rear of the church.
If these spaces are full, there are several public car parks in Epsom town centre within a short walking distance. Some surrounding side roads also offer free parking after approximately 6.30pm.
The venue has accessible toilets located both at the back of the church and in Church House.
