This is a Laundry List topic meeting and we read from The Laundry List: The ACA Experience by the originator of Tony A with Dan F. There is a 15 minute lead share on the last Sunday of every month.

This meeting is secured with a waiting room prior to entry and a host is present throughout. We request participants have their video on and are muted when joining the meeting. Our preference is that participants have their video on themselves and is not mandatory.

During the feelings check in, please ensure your video is on. If your video is not turned on yourself during the feeling's check-in, you will be asked to do so by the Secretary, and if you are unable to, you will be moved into the waiting room by the host or co-host.

Be sure that you are alone in the room and will not be disturbed If it is necessary for young children to be in the room with you during the meeting, this is okay, but please wear headphones to ensure safety for all.
