    We read from Page183 on “Emotional Eating” of the ‘Strengthening my Recovery’ daily affirmations book, then journal for 10mins.

    The meeting is locked around 10mins after the start time to ensure our journalling is not interrupted. This means you may not be able to enter the meeting late, or re-join.
