ACA members please note that, while every effort is being made to keep this website up to date with regard to meetings' status regarding coronavirus, it is not always possible to have the most up to date information here. If you plan to travel, it might be best to contact your local group in advance for the absolute most up to date information.

Adult Children of Alcoholics is an anonymous program of women and men who grew up in alcoholic or otherwise dysfunctional homes.
We discover how our childhood affected us in the past and influences us in the present.
(See The Laundry List and The Problem)
We meet with each other in a mutually respectful, safe environment and acknowledge our common experiences.
We take positive action by practising the Twelve Steps and focusing on The Solution. We find freedom from the past and a way to improve our lives today.

TO ALL ACA GROUPS
The Intergroup Zoom committee has some Zoom licenses for any ACA group that would like to try Zoom for free until 31 July 2020. If you would like one of these licenses for your group send an email to
(do set up a separate email address for the ACA group you represent to protect your own anonymity), you will then receive a link from Zoom asking to activate your account and set a password.
(We have 13 licenses to share and there are over 80 meetings in the UK but if needed several groups can share a license as long as your meetings are at different times)
IMPORTANT! Please follow Intergroups recommendations for security settings, anonymity and the 7th tradition.
Also bear in mind that although the Zoom Committee will not be privy to your account password they will be able to see the activity on your account, ie. when meetings are being set up using that account, but NOT on any other Zoom account you may have.
In Meetings you will find a list of all UK ACA meetings (including Skype online meetings), together with some non-UK European English speaking meetings. There is also information about how to set up a new meeting, or change details of an existing one. UK Meetings
